Payments are accepted by credit card and debit card, with a valid billing and shipping address, depending on the country. Accepted credit cards include Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diners, Codensa, and PSE.
When placing an order, your billing address must match your credit card address, or AL will not be able to process your order.

- Exchanges and returns are not accepted for personalized items, nor for pre-order items that are customized in size, color, fit, or any other custom variation.
- Merchandise may be returned within the established period (30 days) and exchanged for any other product of equal or greater value. The exchange period is 120 days. AL does not offer refunds.
- Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
- Shipping costs and delivery times begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email.
- Additional validation may be required for some orders and may delay delivery.
- A signature is required on all shipments; if the package is received by a carrier or employee, the shipment is considered delivered.
